All rental rates include: three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and laundry, activities and cultural events, scheduled transportation, and utilities except for your telephone and internet service. Twenty-five dollars per month will be added to the monthly statement for cable TV. Additional charges will apply for Assisted Living Residents.
